For over a decade, Gabriel Rodríguez-Nava worked as a writer and editor in his native Mexico and, upon graduating from Columbia School of Journalism in 2003, in the US and Spain. He has held positions at established media companies such as Editorial Televisa and Univision, as well as start-ups like Rumbo Newspapers in Texas and Editorial Letras de Agua in Puerto Vallarta. In 2012 he joined the then nascent social media team at Netflix, where he has focused in building best-in-class teams in Latin America and Brazil. He lives in Venice Beach, California.
